APJavaScript

APJavaScript can add new document-level JavaScript actions to PDF documents in batch; or, dynamically in on-demand web environments.

APJavaScript can also report on existing document-level JavaScripts present in a given document. APJavaScript supports PDF 1.4 and higher.

Operational Features

•  Insert JavaScript to execute on the following document actions:
            o open
            o close
            o before save
            o after save
            o before print
            o after print
• Display existing document level JavaScripts or document action JavaScripts
• Modify encrypted documents by providing the Owner password
• Perform full, garbage-collected save (similar to the Save As command in Adobe Acrobat)
• Linearizes PDF files for Fast Web View

• Call from any programming or scripting language including (but not limited to) Perl, PHP, Java, C++, ASP & .Net, Visual Basic, Cold Fusion and Lotus Notes
